Elevate eco-awareness, create creative engagement, improve wellbeing, nurture a collaborative environment, build a community of kindness

About this Event

Enviro-mental Matters focus is placed firmly on the environment, future generations mental wellbeing, families and community, in a stimulating sanctuary that puts invigorating storytelling, magical dance activities and a range of creative workshops at the root. We blossom into eco-empowered earthlings through creatively spreading positivity.

In a 1 hour workshop we will dive deep into the magical wonders of reading, Eyes of a Tree written by Esme Finch, with a narrative of helping mother earth, whilst incorporating movement to mimic nature.

Sharing stories allows us to come together, shift narrative and truly drive change.

Dance improves physical health, flourishes enlightenment with physical movement and uplifts interconnectedness between people and nature.

For ages- 5-7 years

Who is behind the story to Enviro-mental Matters?

My name is Esme, I am an event creator with over 7 years of experience working with the community, some of my recent  events have included Wrapped in Plastic where I had 5 guest speakers come to speak about the awareness but some creative solutions to plastic, held at the WWF (World Wide Fund) centre in Woking.

Love.Free.Kind (Love. Yourself, Free Yourself, Be Kind To Yourself ) was created to raise awareness of mental health, donating money to two charities Stem4 and Oakleaf.

I have always been environmental crusader from playing in trees for hours on end when I was little, to now in my adult life working in the festival, film or charity sectors, dedicating many hours to leaving this planet a little better off.

In my spare time I love to dance, write poetry about all things I love such as nature, mental health and human connection. I have written two (unpublished) children’s books called Eyes of  Tree, and Lizard and the Toad
